More Than Just Agent Fees

Traditionally, commercial agents receive fees for introducing tenants, often between 7–10% of the deal value.

But we don’t think referrals should stop there.

Whether it’s:

• A friend looking to relocate their business

• A family member needing more space

• A company outgrowing their current unit

• Or simply someone you know searching for commercial premises…if your recommendation leads to a signed lease, we’ll pay you a commission fee.

Simple as that.
