Project Timeline
Tilley Street, Warrington
The partnership began with Enterprise occupying a site at Tilley Street, establishing the foundations of what would become a long-standing working relationship.
Lythgoes Lane, Warrington (Former K&N Filters Site)
In early 2017, Foden Estates acquired the former K&N Filters site specifically to accommodate Enterprise’s expansion plans.
A full speculative redevelopment was undertaken, with Enterprise moving into the completed facility in August 2017 on an initial 20-year lease.
This marked a significant milestone in the relationship and demonstrated Foden Estates’ ability to acquire and deliver property solutions tailored to a tenant’s long-term requirements.
crewe
Following continued growth, Foden Estates acquired and delivered a site in Crewe, which Enterprise took occupation of in 2019.
Holyhead, North Wales
In February 2019, Enterprise expanded further into North Wales with the delivery of a new Holyhead location.
Northwich
October 2019 saw the addition of another strategic site in Northwich, further strengthening Enterprise’s regional network.
Warrington Road, Leigh
Enterprise relocated into its Warrington Road, Leigh facility in December 2020, continuing its programme of expansion.
Greyfriars, Stafford
In 2022, Enterprise expanded into Greyfriars, Stafford, adding another key operational location to its portfolio.
Queens Lancashire Way, Burnley
The most recent project involved the redevelopment of an existing building at Queens Lancashire Way, Burnley, is transforming the site into a modern facility suitable for Enterprise’s operational
needs.
