The Foden Estates company is predominately based in the Warrington area, with concentrations of property in areas such as Widnes, Stockton Heath, Latchford, Lymm and Winwick Road (A49). Founded 30 years ago, by Robert, the company’s roots were formed in the residential market, though in the last 15 years, we have shifted towards the commercial sector. Robert Founded the Foden Estates over 30 years ago starting with residential properties and then making the shift to commercial properties. Debbie Cregan
Accounts
Debbie is responsible for the day-to-day running of all departments and colleagues at Foden Estates. Debbie’s role focuses on accounting, rent collection, tenant management and property maintenance as well as new site preparations and administration.
Leon Goulden
Construction & Development
Leon has extensive experience in the Construction Industry and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations at construction sites under the Foden Estates group of companies. He oversees existing properties, deals with tenants, assesses potential new sites, and also handles new lease agreements and renewals.
